Yum!

Tonight I made an amazing new chicken recipe! It was delish! Hayden ate more chicken that Brandon did, and Brandon ate a ton!

Cheddar Chicken Bake:

1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 egg
1 tsp milk
1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 cup crispy rice cereal
3 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut in half
2 tbs butter melted

Preheat oven to 350.

Coat a medium baking dish with 1/4 cup melted butter.

In a bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

In a seperate bowl, beat together egg and milk.

In a third bowl, mix cheese, bread crumbs, cereal.

Dredge chicken pieces in flour mixture, dip in egg mixture, then press in the bread crumb mixture.

throw the chicken into a frying pan and brown on both sides and then place on a baking sheet.

Bake 35 min in the oven, or until coating is golden brown and chicken juices run clear.

I want to quit the gym!

Anyways, I thing the gym tried to kill me today. I went and worked out and then my legs were shaking so badly I could barley make it out to the car. I now feel like my bones have been replaced with Jello. I know this will be hell week but after a week of going daily I will feel better and not hurt so much. I have gained back all the weight I lost when I was working out regularly at the beggining of the simmer. My goal is 50lbs by my birthday in April.


Serioulsy though, today, I just want to quit the gym!
